Having worked in the finance sector for many years Tina took a dramatic turn in her career when she started working alongside her husband for his company, Reflex Lighting Ltd. She assisted him in his role as Technical Director for Akram Khan Company and now heads up our Technical Management Team.

Tina liaises with venues around the world to ensure a smooth arrival for our touring teams. With productions on tour and new productions in creation this is not a quiet 9-to-5 job and she is therefore happy to be supported by Rich Fagan, as well as the technical touring team.
