Konstandina Efthymiadou trained in rhythmic gymnastics training for ten years before entering the State School of Dance in Athens. She worked with Choreftes, the Hellenic Dance Company, Haris Mandafounis Contemporary Dance Company and the National Opera of Greece and taught dance and improvisation for children and adults. In 2007 she moved to Brussels to join Ultima Vez for the creation of Menske and tour Spiegel in 2008. In 2009 she joined Enclave Dance Company under Direction of Roberto Olivan.
