Emma’s (she/her) passion for dance ignited during her early years, marked by attending ballet classes. This passion led her to pursue a degree in Dance at Liverpool John Moores University, from which she graduated in 2017 with First Class BA Hons. Interested by the theoretical aspects of dance, Emma furthered her studies with a Master’s degree in Arts Policy and Management at Birkbeck, University of London.

Following her education, Emma delved into the legal sector, contributing as a legal assistant and acquiring valuable insights into office administration.

In her evolving role, Emma has expanded her responsibilities to include community dance work, enriching her position as AKC’s Office and Legacy Manager with a commitment to fostering engagement.
