The two world-class dance-makers – one trained in kathak, the other in flamenco – tell Sarah Crompton about Torobaka, their thrilling new show at Sadler’s Wells

Their actions are identical but their form is subtly different: when one moves his hand, it is as if he is making a slash in the air; the other looks as if he might circle your arm with a bracelet. If you thought of them as punctuation, one would be an exclamation mark, the other a bracket….
